Peer Lab Structure

Building Learning Enviornments

Meet: Opportunity for students to introduce themselves

Meet:
Opportunity for students to introduce themselves

Learn:
Sudents with high levels of experience share their process to other students

Share & Exchange:
Participants begin to share & exchange their unique processes among each other.

This structure is based on the hypothesis that these three parts are most critical in a productive learning enviornment.Projects such as Low-tech with Refugees by the EKO! Association out of Brainçon, France benefit from a similar method as above. Like Peer Labs, EKO! emphasizes the invaluable perspective of the individual to inform collective learning processes regardless of skill level or background.

Documentation: Surveys & Reflections

Each participant was given a document to reflect on their exchanges. These documents were used  to gauge the efficacy of each Peer Lab.
